The SEMA aftermarket show is nearly here and automakers are already giving us a glimpse of what’s heading to the convention. While Chevrolet will undoubtedly bring modified Corvettes, Camaros and Silverados, the brand will be highlighting its newest small cars, the Cruze and the all-new Sonic.

Although the Cruze has only been on the market for about a year, it has already become Chevy’s best-selling vehicle. That’s why Chevy is bringing a pair of stunning custom Cruzes to SEMA, complete with conceptual accessories and a little creativity.

Also on display will be the latest addition to the Chevrolet lineup, the subcompact Sonic, which is arriving at dealers now. Chevrolet believes sporty lines of the 2012 Sonic make it a natural fit for a a new generation of performance enthusiasts. It’s also the only vehicle in its class available with a factory turbocharged powertrain.

“The heritage of Chevrolet cars like the Corvette and Camaro is being expressed in smaller packages for the next generation,” said Chris Perry, vice president, global marketing and strategy for Chevrolet. “The Sonic and Cruze concepts demonstrate that performance comes in all shapes, sizes and displacements at Chevrolet.”

Most of the show cars wear conceptual Z-Spec styling enhancements, which are being evaluated for production. Once approved, these accessories will be available at most Chevy dealerships. For more details on these accessories, and the vehicles that will be on display, view the press release below.
